Website and custom quotation tool for Neuhof-Haans, specialists in facade renovation, pointing and cavity wall insulation.
Neuhof-Haans is a family business that has been renovating and pointing facades since 1999, and has also insulated cavity walls since 2009. Customers request a quote through the website.
Alongside the website we built a custom tool that brings the whole process together, from quote to execution. We also take care of online marketing and maintenance.
The challenge
A quote for insulation depends on several things, such as the type of house and the product. After approval, a lot still had to be emailed and arranged by hand, and that makes it easy for things to go wrong, such as a customer who does not know when the crew will arrive.
Our approach
We started with a simpler quote form on the website, which gives the right price per product and house type. After that we extended the tool behind it step by step, with features such as order confirmation, scheduling and automatic emails and reminders for the customer.
The result
The route from quote to execution now runs through one system. Emails go out automatically and on time, and for every project you can see what a customer has received. That saves manual work and prevents misunderstandings about scheduling.
Because the tool belongs to Neuhof-Haans, we simply keep building on it when something new is needed.
